add multiple name to my Address Book from in box message

I need to know how to add multiple or varios names (e-mail address) from the
CC list of a message that I received.

For example if anybody sent me an e-mail and he has copied others people, I
would like to know to add those names at once to my address book.

There's no way to add multiple addresses to your Contacts from a message
you're reading.
