when adding a new appointment to outlook using the Day or WorkWeek view, it
would save a step if Outlook would recognize items in parentheses as the
location information. For example: Lunch with Bill (Houston's) typed into a
new appointment would move "Houston's" to the location field in the outlook
meeting form.

And what if someone types something other than a location into the
parentheses???? Such as "father-in-law" or "work partner" or anything else?
How would Outlook know what to put into any field?????
