You would need to purchase a "Full Italian Version" of Windows Vista
and then proceed with a "clean install".

Click on Windows Updates, put a check make in the line Italian.... download
and let Windows install. Now when you want to change from one to the other,
click on the Language bar, just to the left of the System Tray.

Yes, I can see a MUI can only be "bought" and licensed for Ultimate or
Enterprise.

The LIP can be done for any version through windows update, but I need a MUI
at a minimum as the LIP doesnt change enough...

How does one buy a copy of Italian Vista Home or Basic for example. I live
in Canada.

Thanks!
