add language

my window is updated to sp2 my cd is sp1 i need to update arabic language but
my window cd is useless any help here ? window is asking me for window cd sp2
to be able to add this language on advanced from regional and language
setting in control panel ....thank u
 
Go to START - SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL - ** LANGUAGES - ADVANCED - ADD
ANOTHER LANGUAGE and follow through from there,

i know this but is asking me for the xp window wich i have sp1 and my pc is
sp2 it is not taking it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
