Add Ins

Hi,

I have installed s programme which uses add ins, and they are correctly
showing on the add-ins list, but as inactive. When I go to manage the add-ins
and tick the boxes, I get an error message saying the path cannot be found. I
have checked the path which is correct, and the add-ins are there.

Any ideas how I can activate them?

Instead of checking the box in the Add-In manager, try the Browse button to
find the Add-In. Perhaps there is a subtle error in the stored path that you
have overlooked.

The full name of this newsgroup is microsoft.public.excel.crashesgpfs; the
web interface description of "Application Errors" is easily misinterpreted to
'any error' rather than the intended 'errors that cause Excel to crash'.
Since Excel rarely crashes, this is not a widely read newsgroup. You would
have gotten an almost immediate response had you posted under "General
Questions (microsoft.public.excel.misc)
