Add-in Project using VisualBasic.net 2003 standard

New Project/Project Types/Other Projects doesn't show Add-in project, only data base project.

What I can do?

I don't think Standard supports this, you need professional. However, I
think MS is giving away VSIP for free now, that may have it included.

I did download it, but Add-in project isn't there. Any other sugestion.
