add entry to one of two contact lists

Does anyone know if there is a way in Outlook 2007 to specify which of two
contact lists to add a new entry to when using the context right click menu
from an address in a mail message?
 
The Contact Record you create has a Move option in the Office Menu so you
can put the Contact in any folder you wish.
