Add empty "junk mai" folderl icon to outlook 2003

Add an new "customisable" icon like the one for empty "deleted items" folder,
allowing the user to empty the junk mail folder.

What's so hard about right-click>Empty Junk E-mail?
 
No harder than right-click->Empty Deleted Filed Folder, but it is more
convenient having the icon.
