add/emove program

i am having a real hardtime removing some programs that
some how gotinmysystem.i am getting error messeges saying
i can not remove etc.howcan i remove the unwanted exe
filesand add pop up banners?

Try running "adaware" an or "spybot search and destroy"

to see if you are infected with scumware
both can be found at www.shareware.com and both are free.
if you have spyware they will remove it, also
www.wilderssecurity has two free programs that will help
prevent spyware from being installed in the first place
they are spywareblaster and spyware guard.
