Add Command Button Does not work

Hi,

I am using MS Access 2002. Something has changed in the settings and I do
not know how to change it back.

Before, when I added a new Command Button to my form, as soon as I clicked
the position of the command button, a form popped up to help set up the
button (you can choose what you want the button to do etc.).

Now it does not do it any more, and it just puts the button there. I then
have to go the proparties and program it... which I really do not want to do.

Does anyone know how to set MS Access 2002 back so it will work again?

By the way, it does not do it just in my database, but any other ones I open.

Sorry I did search (command button) but could not find what I was looking
for, so thank you so much for taking a time to write :)
