Add "Categories" to the new contact screen in Outlook

I like to categorize all of my contacts. In the latest version of Outlook,
it takes multiple steps to add a category. This field should be on the top
"add a new contact" screen.

List your steps because for me it takes one right click to add a Category to
an existing contact or by selecting the Categories field at the bottom of a
new Contact.
