Add Calendar to My Favorites in Outlook

Using Outlook 2003.
I have a listing of calendars in the Other Calendars
section. I right clicked on one and selected "Remove from
Other Calendars". Later I decided I wanted it back. But
when I went to Public Folders and selected the same
calendar, right clicked on it and chose "Add to
Favorites..." it does not show up again in Other
Calendars. When I create a new profile I can add it back
to favorites but I dont' want to have to do that for users.
I do not use Cached Exchange Mode.
Any suggestions?
 
Users will have to manage their own Calendar navigation pane. It's a little
fragile, unfortunately.
