Add Boss's Day to the Holiday's published.

Since this is an office application this would be very helpful.

Use http://www.calendar-updates.com for alternative dates like boss's day,
administrative professional day, grandparents day, etc.

They are not actually holidays but observances. A holiday usually implies
that you will not be working on that day. Observances happen all the time,
both on days off and days worked.

This website is an additional service that charges a fee. I think Outlook
should include the ability to add these observances without extra fees.
 
Microsoft provides (free of charge) the documented information necessary to
add business and personal preference holidays and observences.
