Add automatically a number to a cell each time the week changes

hi to evereyone
i want to make a function that i have in cell a1 a number
5 and each time the week changes, to add to that number
the value 1
eg. if at that time have number 5 the next monday i want
to have six
and the following maonday the number 7, but through teh
week to stay as it is. for this one as five, for the next
one as 6 , etc...
I tried to bring in a cell the current day and work with
the function IF but it didn' t work
Doeas anyone can help me?
