how to get rid of macfee from add &remove it says that the installation

I had that problem, too, because Dell pre-installed McAffey on my
computer. They directed me to a website which contains files that
remove the remnants of McAffee (sorry, I don't remember how to spell
McAffee).

I don't remember which site it was. Maybe try a Google search for
"removing McAfee" but you'll need to spell it right.

You might have to actually reinstall it before trying to uninstall it
again. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
