Add and Remove Program list not updating

I am trying to clean up the add and remove programs list
in control panel, it has old, some very old, programs that
are now uninstalled or deleted on it, how do I ' refresh'
it???

You can try "RegCleaner 4.3 by Jouni Vuorio" to clean out
the add remove programs list. Please use caution when
dealing with third party programs that affect the windows
registry. Just do a search for the above mentioned
program.
