Add a subdata sheet into a report

Do you check Help or open Northwind.mdb and look for subreports?

A subreport is much the same as a subform.

Please take a look at these resources and come back if you can't figure this
out.

When I go to open the Sample Databases on the help menu, it is grayed out, I
cannot select that option. Do you know why that would be?

I have added the subreport into the report, how can I get the information for
the report and subreport to stay together on 1 page?
Thanks
Jenn

I don't know. Maybe get a bigger page or smaller font. There are a number of
properties for keeping sections together. I have no idea which properties
might be the best since you haven't described your need very well.

I have made the page as big as possible and adjusted the font and I have set
all the properties to "Keep Together" but some of the records go onto the the
following page. Is there anything else I can try to keep the records
together?

We don't know what is pushing the records to the other page. If your first
page has run out of space, I don't think there are alternatives other than
those already suggested.
