add a resource to a meeting without resending it to all

I want to add a resource to a meeting series that has already been made.
But, it seems like Outlook 2007 does not stop you with the dialog box that
2003 did, asking you if you'd "like it to be sent to all attendees, or just
those added or deleted". What am I doing wrong?
