Add a Printer Wizard

When I click on Add a printer under Printer Tasks nothing happens. Although
I have three network printers installed and can view in Microsoft Word; when
I go to Printers and Faxes there is nothing there. Also, since this I cannot
print from Internet Explorer. Can anyone assist?

Your print spooler seems to have stopped. Solution is to restart it:
