add a music cd to slide show (pp 2000)

I have a slide show that works fine, but when I try to add a music cd to the show, all the options under 'Insert >Movies and Sounds' are dimmed out. I want to play a music CD simulaneously played with the slide show. Why are these option dithered out?

Is the option for Insert/Movies and Sounds/CD Track available, or is it
greyed out, too?
