Add a MS Front Page button to IE7 toolbar

I need to edit webpages using front page in the IE7 explorer window. In
previous versions of IE I have been able to include a Front Page quickstart
button in the IE toolbar. Can I do this in IE7? If so how?

I have FrontPage in IE7 file>"edit with Microsoft Front Page". I don't
remember doing anything special for this so I assume it is put there when
Front Page is installed.
