Add a field to report

Access 2003 - I am trying to add a field to a report. When I drag the field,
both the control and label are in the page header, how do I put the control
in the Detail section? Thanks

Drag the control (with its label) to the Detail section of the report, then
click on the control's label (not the control itself) and cut-and-paste the
label into the header section. That will separate the two.
