Add a distribution list recieved on a disk

I received a distribution list on a CD. I can open it, but for the life of me I can not figure out how to save it to my contacts

Help please!
 
If it is a DL that you open in Outlook, just click on "Save and close"
If it is something else (and I suspect it is), specify what you mean.
