Add 350 contacts in OWA (Outlook Web Access)

Hi all

What is the best way of adding 350 contacts in OWA?

Hope you can help me find a way of not having to add them manually one by one.

OWA is not a desktop application and therefore has no ability to import or
export anything.
 
I htought that might the case - guess it will have to be done the hard way.
