add 2 fields together help

Hi
I have tried to do a search for this but all of the search results where two
elaborate
I wish to have two dropdown select boxes with one with values about size and
the other with print type. I wish to add the two values together
A bit like the calculator here but with a fixed size value dropdown box
instead of length and width boxes

Not sure I understand your question.

Are you asking how to a place two drop down boxes next to each other
horizantally? Well...what's stopping you?

I think he means merging the two field outputs, but not sure why you'd want
to do this.
