add 1+XXX area code to phone nr in my area code

I need to add 1+ areaCode to all of my contacts phone NR. in may area code.
how do i do this in Outlook?

Outlook should be adding that if you've properly configured your modem
dialing properties. You may also find this can help:

i dont use the OL to call directly. but i synchronized it with a treo, and
there the nr are not with the 1+Code as it was not necessary until now to
call like that.
so i want to change it in OL and then synchronized to the treo.

You change it in OL by configuring the dialing options even if you do not
intend to dial.
