I recently installed this product. I ran a scan and found
nothing. I then ran a scan with Adaware and found
multiple items. Why is this ?

all anti-spyware programs use their own set of deffinitons. So each
program picks up something the other one misses.

I've had the same thing here. I did a fresh install of Anti Spyware and
found just one object. I then did a fresh install of Ad-aware pro and found
a further 94 objects.

Does anyone at Microsoft want the scan logs to see what Antispyware missed?

I've just done approximately the same thing with the
same results. I ran adaware, cleaned out the spyware,
installed the Microsoft product, went to all the favorite
websites, ran adaware and found 5 new items. Are we
doing something wrong?

One difference between the products is that Microsoft Antispyware, in the
current beta, does not scan cookies.
