Adaptec SCSI Controller

I am trying a fresh install of 2000 server and when it
gets to the drives section to intstall it doesn't see the
controller or the drive. I tried installing from the
floppy the drivers but gives me an error. When I looked
up adaptecs readme on the controller it tells me to see
article Q225125 which doesn't seem to exist. Help please!
