Hi, I've exhausted all my knowledge and spent days in front of my computer
but I just can't fix this problem. Just underneath the address bar is another
toolbar that has the tabs:
-Microsoft
-Corporation
-Rights
-Search
-Help
-Product Search
-Uk

When I right click on this I get a menu displaying:

-Adult Filter
-Skins
-Help
-Homepage

The hompage goes to http://lop.com.

I just can't get rid of this problem. It slows down my broadband connection
so its closer to dial up speed. I've used countless ad-ware and anti-virus
programs but I just can't track the source.

Can anyone help me? I'm desperate!

Try the following and see if it helps:

Try Toolbar Cop from
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/toolbarcop.htm
If Toolbar Cop can't identify it, run a Google search on the CLSID number.

also...check to see if the Toolbar is in the Add/Remove Programs list. If
so, uninstall it if you can.
