I have a user whose account gets locked out after she logs into the PC for
the first time. I have done the following steps.
1. Checked for viruses and spyware - Scans Clean.
McAfee's web site isn't available for the current stinger.(Her PC is
current on Windows Updates and Dats)
2. Renamed PC - Didn't work.
3. Replaced NIC - Didn't work.
4. Checked open ports - All were OK.
5. Had Teresa change her passord - Didn't work
6. Had Nancy check the firewall - There is no out going traffic from her PC.
7. Event viewer shows the following error:
The AvSync Manager serviced fialed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find teh file specified.
Any Suggestions?
