AD sub-domain

We just bought another company, let's call it CompanyXYZ. They
already have a mature Active Directory (companyxyz.com), and so do we
(mycompany.com).

I would like to make their AD a child of our AD. In other words, I
would like to move their AD under ours, to create
companyxyz.mycompany.com.

Is it possible to "move" an existing AD under another AD without
rebuilding it?

You will need to create the child domains and then migrate
from the acquired company into the new domain(s). ADMT or
3rd party may be used to migrate.

Pruning and grafting are luxuries we are still waiting for
from MS :)
