AD snap-ins????

Sorry for the ignorance of my question, but when you don't know, you just
don't know.... I would like to administer active directory on a Windows
server 2003 box from a workstation instead of the server itself. How do I
load the AD snap-ins to my workstation. I tried to just add them to my MMC
console window, but I don't know where to find them. Is there something
that I can install from the server? Is there a resource kit that has them?
What do I do? Thank you for your help!
 
Install adminpak.msi on the workstation, you'll find it on the Server CD.
