AD sites ans Services

question,

I have 19 sites. Each is setup accordingly in sites and
services. Things seem to be working for the most part.
However, I have som ewierd issues I am not familiar with.
Some sites in the NTDS section show some DCs to replicate
with, and others show ALL the other sites. Should all
sites replicate with all other sites? Should I add servers
that arent there manually? Its seems kinda wierd that
some sites wont automatically detect the main DC in teh
main office whre everythign was generated from in the
genesis of the domain.

a white paper on this subject specifically relating to
replication partners would be appreciate as well.

This is normal behavior, it depends on the way to between DCs.
Run repadmin or replmon from Windows Server Support Tools, found at the
Windows Server CD, to ensure there is no replication errors.
