AD Rename

I understand it is possible with 2003 Server to rename a directory from
joebloggs.com to jeoffblogs.com is this correct, what are the implications
regarding objects inthe various OU's in the tree/forest?

You can rename AD domain only if your are in fully Windows Server 2003 DC
enviroment and your Forest functionality level is set at 2003 + no exchange
2000 server. If this conditions are met, then you can rename domain and it
will work, but it is not a easy process.
