Good evening:
I have 2 Windows 2000 DC's & 1 Windows 2003 DC. The 2 2000 DCs are located
at our corporate office and the 2003 DC is at a remote site. I created a
new site & placed the 2003 within it. My goal is to reduce network traffic
by having the remote DC & users authenticating to the DC closest to them
(which is a 100mbps LAN connection as opposed to authenticating to the
corporate office over a slow WAN link).
My question is - how can I monitor which DC a user is authenticating to?
There must be a simple way to tell if they are authenticating to the server
closest to them...Thanks for your help in advance!
