Any one got good presentation on AD Vs NDS or any kind of presentation on
AD. Just need to convince Manager to scrap NDS and use AD.

Start with an old MS article:

The article is titled "Comparing Microsoft Active Directory to Novell's NDS"
and goes into some detail which will be useful. However, keep in mind that
the article was written just as Active Directory was released with Win2k and
doesn't go into the latest 2003, etc.

You may be able to dig up more recent articles outside of MS...
