Ad modify - Urgent !

hi,
I know there is a tool that edit all the properties of all the users in the
AD at the same time to all the OU.
As far as I remember the name of the tool is "AD modify" and there are 2
versions of this tool.
I REALLY need this tool, but I did NOT find it on the web.
Any advice where to find it ?

It worked good also on win2000 server ???
