I am installing AD in a non-dynamic UNIX environment.
Should all the entries in Netlogon.dns be manually created
in the DNS? what is the best way to disable automatic DNS
update?
Is there any problems with not having a dynamic DNS?

Thank you

You should run DNS on the DC and point the DC to its own DNS server only.
DDNS is needed for the DC. For other machines that don't neccassarily need
to register in DNS such as workstations you can continue to leave them
pointed to the UNIX, *IF* you delegate the AD subfolders in the UNIX DNS so
domain members can find the DCs SRV records.
