ad.firstadsolutions??? help!!!

I keep getting popups from ad.adfirstsolutions.com Has anyone heard of it??
Please if there is anyone that knows how to get rid of this let me know. It
will not go away . I am not sure what to do next. I have spybot and I have
ran the Beta antispyware. I can not seem to get rid of it.

MSAS is an antispyware app, NOT a pop-up blocker, NOR an AV ªpp.

A good firewall will also include pop-up blocking capªbilities

An easy way to stop pop ups besides blockers is to set IE to prompt you for
First party cookies and completely BLOCK THIRD PARTY COOKIES.
For awhhile you'll get prompts asking you about the cººkies.
If it's an unknown site trying to insall I usually choose the block option
and check the box that says to handle ALL cookies from that site in the same
wªy.
POOF you don't have to worry about many spyware and unwanted pop ups any
mºre.
I'd rather pick and chose than to just let IE install everything without
approvªl.
That's how all this got started in the first plªce.
