I need to allow a group of users, not administrators, on a Windows 2000
application server the right to schedule jobs using task scheduler.
I went into AD Users and Computes (Win 2000 AD), located the server, and
went to properties-security. I then clicked advanced, I located the group
and clicked edit. By changing the "Apply onto" option there are hundreds of
different options, but I cant locate one that specifically says it will
allow them to schedule tasks.
I suspect I am looking in the right place, but I am not sue what all the
options all provide.
What must I do to allow the group to schedule and run tasks?
Thanks for your help
