Hi George,
Make sure first that you have the latest version of JET installed, see How
To: Obtain the Latest Service Pack for the Microsoft Jet 4.0 Database Engine
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;239114
If applying latest JET service pack does not work then attempt to
re-register the following files using "regsvr32.exe"
accwiz.dll
dao360.dll
The way you use "regsvr32.exe" is as follows:
- Click Start > Run and type
regsvr32 "full path of the file name"
- Click OK
I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
respond back to this posting.
Regards,
Eric Butts

| I must have done something wrong with the settings in my
| computer because Access 2003 is not functioning properly.
| There are no wizards anymore. All my databases with a
| wizard made switchboard form as the startup form don't
| open. Also when I try to use the toolbox with the wizard
| activated it doesn't work. I get a message which says
| (among other things) to check the Control Wizards subkey
| or the Libraries key in my database's section of the
| Windows Registry to verify that they are listed and are
| available. I am not familiar with Windows. How do I do
| this? I am using Windows XP Professional. Any help will be
| greatly appreciated. Thanks, George
