Im still poking around BCM v2 to see if I like it.
When I create an actrivity from a business contact, it links it. When I go
to the calendar entry in the calendar and open it- there's no outward sign
on the appointment that its linked to anything- only when you click "link
to record" do to linked and unlinked boxes appear to point out that yes, in
the right column under linked, the contact does appear linked.
In regular outlook, when you open a linked calndar item, the obvious lower
left of the dialog box show who's linked.
Why did they take this clearness from business contacts when exists
otherwise on outlook contacts??
While Im on the topic, why cant we just use type-ahead to link a business
contact like we do outlook contacts!?
Maybe it it would be just too convenient....
This is silly, unless Im missing something!
