Activities Report...possible???

I'm designing an Access DB and am wondering if it is
possible to build an activities report. I want to be able
to run this report on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as
needed. It's important that any material either deleted,
erased by mistake or entered is shown on this report.
Basically any keystrokes that have made changes and/or
updated information within the DB. Is this possible???
If so, how do I go about with the design.

Access doesn't have an audit log built into it: if you want that kind of
reporting capability, you'll have to build your own.

Allen Browne has a good example of how at

Once you've built the log, reporting on it should be simple.
