ActiveX or Scripting stopped working

I ran Symantec Security check. It said "ActiveX and/or Scripting is not
supported or is not enabled"
 
Perhaps you can try adding the Symantec security site to the Trusted sites
list and try again.

All settings were already set to enabled
 
I got the site to run and it found no problems. However, when I went do you
slow computer list and I got to "Do you have parasites?" it will not run. It
took me to a backup site and it will not run. It is saying I have "scumware"
