ActiveX Kill Bit?

Does this software use as one of its tools the setting of ActiveX Kill Bits?

I'm already using SpywareBlaster so I didn't think to check, and, before I
run it on another machine I thought I'd ask if anyone knows or checked it
out already.

I don't think the innoculate feature works yet.
