activex control

trying to get into hoyle games it will not let me in it gives this note.
install activex control when i click on this it tells me that windows dosn't
recognisethe publisher. how can i get over this.

Dont' you have the choice to proceed or not? It's warning you
that windows cannot vouch for the safety of the activex file and
that it's up to you to make the decision. If you trust the site,
go, otherwise ... caveat emptor.
