Since some recent Windows Update (???), I'm receiving the following message
on most Web Pages I visit:

Internet Explorer ActiveX update

If you installed it separately, you can uninstall it via Add/Remove in
Control Panel.

It will be included in the next cumulative security update next month, and
won't be uninstallable then.
