ActiveX control not loading/installing

I'm getting this error on my browser when it doesn't install the activeX
control for Crystal Report.
message: This site might require the following ActiveX conrtol: 'Crystal
Report ActiveX Viewer Control' from 'Crystal Decision, Inc.'
I've tried going the companys site but no luck in finding a way to just
install the ActiveX control. Anybody have a clue? thanks for any feedback.
