ActiveSync host IP address

Is it possible to determine the IP address of the host? When I connect my
device via ActiveSync, I get a network connection. I just want to get the
address of the ActiveSync host. Thanks.
 
ActiveSync host is assigned a private address 192.168.55.100 byy default. On
the device side you can use the hostname PPP_PEER
