ActiveSync 3.8 doesn't find Motorola Razr v3

Hello, I am trying to synch my contacts onto my Motorola Razr V 3 via
ActiveSynch. I downloaded and installed ActiveSync 3.8. When prompted, I
plugged in my phone via USB and ActiveSync doesn't find it. Windows does
detect the device, but doesn't know how to "install" it.

Am I missing something? Running Window XP

Check the Motorola website but I think you need Motorola Phone Tools.
